A considered search beats a longer list.

Less noise, more direction

Job searching can become a job of its own.

Endless listings, unclear fit, and the same application work on repeat can drain the energy you need for your next move.

Hirunt helps you narrow the search and make each next step more intentional — with a human in the loop and your choices in your hands.

A clear process

Good work starts with the right brief.

No black box and no spray-and-pray. Just a focused search built around what you need.

Good questions

Before you get started.

Clear answers while we get ready to launch.

Will Hirunt guarantee that I get a job?

No. Hiring decisions depend on employers, the market, and your own choices. Hirunt helps you run a more focused search; we do not promise interviews or employment.

Do you apply to jobs automatically?

No. There is no mass applying. You decide which roles are right for you, and no application is sent without your approval.

How do you decide which jobs fit me?

We use your experience, target roles, skills, location, and stated priorities. A human reviews the match so the shortlist has context, not just matching keywords.

Will you change my CV?

Starter gives you specific feedback and recommendations to make yourself. Sprint also includes a CV version tailored to your target roles.

How many jobs are included?

Starter is a self-guided plan and does not include a vacancy shortlist. Sprint includes about 15–20 relevant vacancies. We do not sell unlimited applications.

When will Hirunt launch?
